ABOUT
I’m Menopause Mindy, and I’ve spent more than 35 years walking a path that’s been very much my own. For most of that time I’ve lived quietly and mostly alone for the last 15 years, and in the stillness I’ve learned who I am.
My life hasn’t been easy, and for a long time it felt like I was carrying something others couldn’t see. Rather than let that define me, I’ve tried to turn it into something useful: patience, resilience, and an ability to find calm in unlikely places. Going through a difficult life has been part of that story too, with its own challenges and its own honesty about who I am now.
Travel has been my way of breathing. I’ve wandered through coastal towns, quiet countryside, and busy cities, and every journey taught me something. Sometimes it was as simple as sitting somewhere unfamiliar with a cup of tea, watching the world go by, and realizing I was exactly where I needed to be. The road gave me freedom, fresh perspective, and a reminder that the world is bigger than my worries.

Solitude has taught me to rely on myself, to notice small things, and to enjoy my own company. It has also taught me how much I value real connection, which is part of why I’m sharing my story now.
Before all this, I was someone full of curiosity who loved making things and finding my own style. I still do. I love clothing and putting together looks that feel like me, music that lifts me up or keeps me company, and cooking, especially experimenting in the kitchen. I’m happiest with a DIY project in my hands, turning something old or plain into something new. My hobbies keep me creative and grounded.
My Mission
I’m writing this to feel heard and to connect with people who understand. If you’ve ever felt alone or out of step with the world, I hope you’ll find something here that feels familiar, and a reminder that you’re not the only one.
